Tada's Professional Journey

Kohei Tada's journey with One Career is impressive. He began as an intern at a small company with around ten employees during his university days. Shortly after his graduation, he took on various roles including marketing, sales, career advising, and event management. His ability to adapt and lead was particularly evident during the pandemic when he directed the establishment of the online company briefing service.

After his tenure in the corporate planning department, he took charge of business development. His achievements include spearheading the launch of "ONE CAREER for Engineer," a service tailored for engineering students. In addition, Tada is currently leading One Career's inaugural large-scale recruiting conference, "Recruit Ultra Camp," scheduled for October.
