UpTerra Appoints Brian Poindexter as New Chief Operating Officer to Drive Water Technology Expansion

His expertise has facilitated high-growth strategies, aiding clients in exploring new markets, executing successful product launches, and enhancing international revenue streams.
Most recently, as Program Director for A/B Consulting, Poindexter led an ambitious circular packaging initiative for one of the top three U.S. retailers, a multi-year effort focused on reducing plastic waste while driving significant revenue increases.
Earlier in his career, Poindexter held a position as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group. There, he drove multiple strategic and operational transformations for Fortune 500 clients across diverse sectors, including utilities, consumer packaged goods, energy, and technology. His ability to turn complex analyses into effective and scalable programs has made him a respected figure in the industry, and his contributions often yielded substantial financial impacts.
Poindexter earned dual degrees in Business and Liberal Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. He will be reporting directly to UpTerra's CEO, Steve Birch.
