Nomadar Expands High Performance Training Program to Mexico via Agreement with Mexiaa FC
Nomadar Expands Its Horizons with Mexiaa FC
Nomadar, a U.S.-based company specializing in the intersection of sports, technology, tourism, and health, has recently made headlines with its strategic partnership with Mexiaa FC. This initiative aims to roll out the company's innovative High Performance Training Program (HPT) in Mexico, adding another region to its growing international footprint.
On December 29, 2025, Nomadar announced the formal agreement with Mexiaa FC, which stands out as the largest scouting academy in Mexico, situated in Pachuca, Hidalgo, just over an hour from Mexico City. This collaboration signals Nomadar's entry into one of the globe's most vibrant and engaged soccer markets, expanding the reach of its HPT program across Latin America. Notably, the agreement follows a successful project launched in Ecuador in conjunction with the HOPE Foundation.
Mexiaa FC has earned its reputation as Mexico's premier platform for talent spotting, hosting large-scale national scouting events that attract between 700 and 1,300 players each time. The academy collaborates with several prestigious Mexican clubs, including Cruz Azul, Tigres, and Club América, functioning as a vital talent recruitment entity. Many successful athletes have emerged from Mexiaa FC’s programs, paving their way into professional football in Liga MX and Liga MX Femenil, underscoring the academy's professionalism and national outreach.
The first phase of collaboration between Nomadar and Mexiaa FC is set to commence in May 2026, starting with an intensive scouting event in Pachuca. Over a span of three weeks, HPT coaches will conduct training sessions, technical coaching, and evaluation matches with players from various age brackets. This approach will implement the forward-thinking methodologies co-developed by Nomadar and Cádiz Club de Fútbol.
The HPT program exemplifies Nomadar's commitment to offering cutting-edge training techniques and player development structures. Crafted in partnership with Cádiz CF, it aims to connect emerging soccer talents with European approaches to training, as well as professional evaluation systems and immersive experiences within the Spanish soccer network. Through this collaboration in Mexico, Nomadar aims to bridge North America, Europe, and Latin America, establishing itself as a significant global entity for sports development and education.
According to Pablo Sánchez, Director of Nomadar's International HPT Program, this partnership enables the introduction of established European training methodologies into a robust market like Mexico. He highlighted the importance of working with a framework that currently serves thousands of players and shares their vision for growth and international visibility.
As part of the partnership's objectives, five selected players from Mexiaa FC will have the opportunity to travel to Spain for a 15-day immersive experience. During this time, they will integrate into the daily regimen of Cádiz CF's youth academy, engaging in training sessions, technical assessments, and educational activities that align with elite industry standards, all within the environment of a La Liga club.
Christian Osorio, Director of Mexiaa FC, noted that partnering with Nomadar and a historic European club like Cádiz CF significantly elevates training standards and enhances their professional processes. He stated this agreement confirms the genuine international potential of Mexican soccer talent when developed under a structured and disciplined environment.
Beyond the initial phases, this foundational agreement paves the way for medium- and long-term collaboration surrounding the HPT Program and initiatives aimed at training and specializing local coaches under shared operational criteria. This partnership heralds a significant step in enhancing the sport’s ecosystem in Mexico as it opens doors for increased collaboration and talent exposure on a global stage.
Nomadar's focus on integrating innovative training methodologies places it at the forefront of sports development, and with its latest venture into Mexico, it is set to inspire a new generation of soccer players who aspire to reach professional levels both in Mexico and beyond.
