This integration significantly reduces the complexity and time associated with calculating accurate pay during leave, evidenced by a notable case where a customer with around 1,900 employees reduced their biweekly payroll processing time from 16 hours to just 2 hours, marking an impressive 87% decrease.

Leave administrators now benefit from having a centralized and authoritative pay estimate to relay to payroll teams. This not only replaces the traditional back-and-forth communication but also expedites case resolutions. Payroll teams receive accurate, policy-compliant leave pay calculations generated directly from the platform, mitigating the errors and extra reconciliation work associated with estimations.
