Polymatech Electronics Expands in Europe with New PCB Facility

Polymatech Electronics Limited is excited to announce the successful completion of its new state-of-the-art Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing facility located in Estonia. The new facility boasts an impressive 10,000-square-foot cleanroom, designed for the production of high-density interconnect (HDI) multi-layer PCBs. With a production capacity of up to 50,000 square meters per year, it is equipped with cutting-edge machinery that adheres to the stringent standards set by leading mobile phone manufacturers as well as critical industries like defense, aerospace, automotive electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunications, and security.

Since the company's incorporation in November 2024, and with operations commencing in August 2025, Polymatech has shown exceptional dedication to quality, reliability, and innovation. In line with the company’s objectives, Dr. Allen Nejah, Chief Innovation Officer, remarked that the new facility significantly boosts their ability to provide advanced PCB solutions for Europe’s technological and defense sectors. “PCBs form the foundation of nearly all electronic equipment. This facility’s establishment indicates a transformation in Polymatech’s operational profile, enabling us to deliver products to market more quickly and efficiently,” he explained.

The newly developed portfolio of products includes high-speed PCBs, multi-layer configurations (up to 48 layers), and advanced HDI technologies, each tailored for demanding electronics applications. With these developments, Polymatech aims to position itself strategically within the ever-evolving global electronics landscape.

Mr. Urmas Aruoja, CEO, noted that they can deliver PCBs within just 24 hours, highlighting the facility’s flexibility and capacity to meet urgent demands. Their product lineup features Substrate-Like PCBs (SLPs), Rigid-Flex PCBs (RPCBs), Integrated Circuit Substrates (ICS), RF PCBs, and several other high-density options designed for advanced applications in a wide array of devices including smartphones, notebooks, and wearables.

Advanced HDI technology utilized at the Estonia facility incorporates high-density attributes, such as laser microvias and sequential lamination structures, allowing for intricate interconnections essential for high-performance devices. These features enable products to maximize functionality and efficiency, a critical requirement in today’s fast-paced technology sector.
