Koyama, who previously served as Executive Officer at Salesforce Japan, brings a wealth of experience from his extensive background in enterprise sales and digital transformation.

Koyama’s career includes a remarkable tenure at Salesforce Japan where he played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the MuleSoft business for the Japanese market. At Flekt, he intends to leverage this experience to strengthen the organization’s sales framework and develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies.

Koyama’s Background



Kei Koyama's professional journey began in 2001 at Hitachi Solutions, where he worked for six years in sales and business development within the HR sector. He was responsible for engaging with major enterprises and generating new business opportunities. In 2007, he joined Salesforce.com (now Salesforce Japan), where he held various significant roles including account sales for large manufacturing companies and later became an executive officer in 2017, focusing on alliances. Under his leadership, MuleSoft Japan saw significant growth from inception, establishing a robust presence in the Japanese market.

In 2025, Koyama will also take on the role of Executive Officer at HRBrain, further expanding his influence in the tech industry.
