Starting September 1, customers can indulge in the "Crispy Melon Bread Castella," followed by the "Premium Matcha Strawberry Castella" launching on September 19. A New Approach with the Giant Melon Bread

Grand Castella has garnered a reputation for continuously delighting its fans with a variety of creative new products every month. Previous innovations have included transforming "Shirokuma Kakigori" into a castella and reimagining the signature "Black Sesame Jarin Mochi" into a Taiwanese castella. This autumn, they take on a new challenge, brilliantly executing the unprecedented idea of recreating melon bread as a Taiwanese castella.

This impressive giant Taiwanese castella is luxuriously enveloped in a "Zaku Zaku" crispy cookie dough that is infused with the rich aroma of butter. Inside, it boasts a fluffy, moist texture that melts in your mouth. At the center lies a luscious custard infused with the delightful flavor of Yubari melon, releasing a fragrant aroma with every bite.
