NameSilo Technologies' Reach Systems Experiences Remarkable Growth and Expansion
NameSilo Technologies' Reach Systems Sees Strong Growth
In a recent operational update, NameSilo Technologies Corp. (CSE: URL) (OTCQB: URLOF) reported impressive results from its subsidiary, Reach Systems Inc., a company specializing in marine technology and subsea equipment. With year-to-date bookings soaring to approximately $2.2 million—a remarkable 108% increase from approximately $1.06 million during the same period last year—Reach Systems is showcasing its robust growth trajectory.
To accommodate this increased demand, Reach Systems will expand its operational space significantly. Effective October 1, the facility will grow from 3,559 square feet to 8,031 square feet, more than doubling the existing manufacturing footprint. This expansion is crucial as it will enhance the company’s manufacturing, assembly, and testing capabilities, enabling them to support future growth and production requirements effectively.
Since being acquired by NameSilo, Reach has also seen its workforce grow substantially. When the acquisition was finalized on February 13, 2026, the team consisted of 17 employees. However, as of now, the number has risen to 24, indicating a growth rate of approximately 41%. Paul Andreola, CEO of NameSilo Technologies, expressed his optimism regarding Reach's progress, highlighting that the company's bookings have more than doubled, the team has expanded, and the new operating space will equip them well for the prospects ahead.
Diversification in Product Offerings
Reach Systems is also witnessing a surge in demand for products related to hydrophone-array systems, pivotal in underwater acoustic sensing and monitoring. A noteworthy achievement includes the recent shipment of a cutting-edge winch system valued at approximately $105,000 to a client in Europe, with another system slated for delivery to the United Kingdom. Additionally, three smaller winch systems were successfully delivered to Sensor Technology Ltd. in Canada, further diversifying Reach's product portfolio.
One of the highlights was the successful demonstration of one of these systems at the REPMUS exercise in Portugal, a prestigious international event focusing on maritime unmanned systems and associated technologies. This not only validates the effectiveness of Reach's equipment but also propels its recognition and credibility in the marine technology sector.
Future Prospects
Looking ahead, Reach anticipates more orders for its hydrophone-array equipment from both European and American customers. However, the company is cautious, reminding stakeholders that while discussions are ongoing, securing additional orders is not guaranteed, nor is the timing or value of such prospective orders.
Paul Andreola noted, “The growth we are witnessing is a testament to Reach’s engineering team and their exceptional capacity to develop specialized products for demanding marine applications. The successful deployment of our technology at REPMUS serves as real-world validation of Reach's significant potential in the ever-expanding underwater sensing and unmanned maritime systems market.”
In a move to bolster its workforce and retention, the company also granted options for 50,000 shares to an officer at an exercise price of $1.42 per share, valid for five years from the date of issue.
