Spanning from September to November 2026, the event will take place in three pivotal locations: Tokyo, Nagoya, and Okinawa. Applications for participants are currently being accepted, and a crowdfunding campaign has also been launched to support the operational costs of this ambitious project.

Breaking Boundaries: Live Publishing

NovelJam is not your average publishing workshop; it’s the first event of its kind globally that brings creators together to complete novels from inception to publication within 72 hours. Over the years, NovelJam has fostered an environment where participants can immerse themselves in the creative process, resulting in the successful completion of over 100 works in past events. This year presents an unprecedented challenge as NovelJam expands its reach and encourages competition between the three locations based on the quality of completed works.
