ExtraBold Showcases Advanced 3D Printing Innovations at Sustainable Materials Expo 2025

ExtraBold at the Sustainable Materials Expo 2025

ExtraBold, a pioneering company in 3D printing technology, is set to co-exhibit at the Sustainable Materials Expo 2025, held from November 12 to 14 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba. Alongside esteemed partners—Seika Sangyo Co., Ltd, Discharge Precision Processing Research Institute, and the Advanced Material Recycling Research Association—ExtraBold aims to present cutting-edge solutions for sustainable manufacturing.

At the event, visitors will witness the innovative REX-BUTLER, a collaborative robot-style 3D printer that specializes in processing resin pellets for large-scale production. This remarkable system utilizes recycled plastics and biomass materials, supporting resource circulation and enhancing efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Moreover, attendees can explore products crafted from sustainable materials, demonstrating the practicality of advanced material recycling technology. For instance, trophies made with a custom blend of recycled resin and organic waste, alongside stools created using DURABIO™, a bio-based resin, will be showcased. These items are tailored for Toyota Motor Aisa, illustrating a seamless blend of AM (Additive Manufacturing) techniques, machining, and simple molding methods.

In addition to ExtraBold's offerings, the 3D printed furniture brand Fuubi, developed by Maeda Seiki Co., Ltd using sustainable materials, will also be on display, highlighting collaborative efforts in sustainability within the industry.

ExtraBold stands firm on its commitment to “Green Creative™,” a motto that reflects its mission to solve environmental challenges through innovative manufacturing solutions. The company seamlessly integrates 3D printing technologies and material science, driving forward the development of a circular economy in production.

The exhibition will take place at Booth 21-1 in Hall 4 of Makuhari Messe, featuring:
  • - A live demonstration of the REX-BUTLER 3D printer.
  • - Information regarding recycling materials from bio-carbonization and MF-type blending melting equipment.
  • - An impressive array of 3D printed products made from sustainable materials.

We invite all to visit our booth and explore the future possibilities of resource recycling and sustainable manufacturing processes through innovative material solutions.
