Yotteba: Aiming for the Grand Prize at the 11th Tebasaki Summit
Yotteba, operated by Project M, a subsidiary of S.H.N. Co., is gearing up to participate in the highly anticipated
Tebasaki Summit 11 from May 30 to June 1, 2025, which will take place at Hisaya Odori Park in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. This event, which is free to attend, will see numerous renowned chicken wing restaurants from across Japan compete to determine who has the world's best chicken wings.
An Ambitious Goal
This marks Yotteba's third consecutive participation in the summit, following last year's notable achievement of winning the gold award. Inspired by this success, the restaurant is setting its sights on the ultimate goal - the Grand Prize. Their signature dish, the
Legendary Chicken Wings, will be available for just 100 yen each, showcasing Yotteba's dedication to providing exceptional quality at an unbeatable price.
The chicken wings are made from premium domestically sourced chicken, perfectly fried to achieve a crisp exterior while maintaining a juicy interior. They are seasoned with a unique blend of spices and a secret sauce that has been meticulously refined since the establishment of the restaurant. With flavors that combine savory, sweet, and a hint of spice, the wings have garnered a reputation for being irresistibly delicious.
