Empowering Women: Wellness and Work-Life Integration Through Femtech
On October 3, 2025, from 15:00 to 16:30, the Osaka Kansai Expo will host an essential event titled
"Empowering Women: Wellness and Work-Life Integration Through Femtech" at the Women’s Pavilion,
‘WA’ Space. This event aims to address how femtech can create work environments that allow women to shine in their careers.
Event Overview
Unwanted interruptions in women’s careers represent a loss not just for individuals but for society as a whole. Femtech holds the potential to significantly support workplace dynamics by enabling women to harmonize crucial life events such as pregnancy and childbirth with their professional responsibilities. By addressing unique health challenges faced by women, femtech stands to transform workplace environments positively.
This event aspires to foster a discussion on how femtech can drive positive change in companies and society. A panel discussion will feature insights from academia and industry, facilitating a comprehensive dialogue around creating an empowering atmosphere for working women.
