As 2025 approaches its end, children and families are invited to create lasting memories at the Winter Drone Assembly Workshop held at the iconic RED° TOKYO TOWER on December 20, 2025. This hands-on event is a collaboration between RED MAKER, a company dedicated to connecting fans through digital entertainment, and ozora, a forward-thinking drone company. It promises a fascinating mix of educational engagement and entertainment, showcasing the capabilities of next-generation technology through the Web3 project, REDX.

A Unique Experience Awaits

This workshop aims to provide an exceptional opportunity for children to learn and grow while having fun. Participants will have the chance to build their very own drones and then see them take flight. Involvement in the complete assembly process not only teaches the mechanics behind drones but also sparks creativity, concentration, and a sense of achievement. This interactive experience is perfect for crafting special winter vacation memories.

In addition, participants will engage with the GlobeXplorePro simulator, developed by ozora, allowing them to experience simulated aerial photography over Tokyo. The joy doesn’t stop at assembly; attendees can take home the drones they build, extending the fun into family time during the holidays.

Throughout the day, expert instructors will provide clear support to ensure that even beginners can confidently participate. Moreover, each ticket includes admission to the amusement area at RED° TOKYO TOWER, offering an engaging day of entertainment for families, making it a complete educational and fun-filled experience.

- Drone Assembly Experience Only: ¥7,980 (tax included)
- Drone Assembly + Take Home: ¥12,980 (tax included)

Each package allows you to enjoy the drone assembly and flying experience. Participants who choose the ¥12,980 option can take home their assembled drone.
Welcoming adults as participants! Parents wishing to take part as ‘experiencers’ can purchase one of the above plans.

For Accompanying Parents or Guardians:
Accompanying parents can enter RED° TOKYO TOWER for a special discount of ¥4,000. Families can enjoy viewing and playing together at the attractions within the tower.

Workshop Program (Total 90 minutes)

1. Lecture on Drone Mechanics and Applications
- Introduction to RED° TOKYO TOWER facilities, explaining diverse usage in aerial photography, racing, and industrial applications.
2. Drone Assembly Experience
- Using the Sky Fight X kit, where instructors will assist with each step of the assembly process.
3. GX Pro Simulator Experience
- Participants will practice and engage in mini-games within a virtual environment using the next-gen simulator GlobeXplorePro.
4. Actual Flight Experience
- Fly the assembled drones on a designated course, learning about safe operation and challenges.

Meet the Instructors

Instructor 1: Gen Takahashi (CEO of ozora, Drone Pilot)

Since starting with drones in 2019, he has introduced hard-to-find drone models in Japan. After returning in 2020, he worked as a drone pilot for promotional videos and concerts. In 2022, he graduated from high school and launched ozora, focusing on drone-based events and software development.

Instructor 2: Ryosuke Takenaka (ozora Member / Drone Pilot)

With a passion for video production from a young age, he honed his skills in editing independently. He began freelancing as a video creator after entering high school and is currently studying social psychology and information education at Keio University while applying his skills on a national level with drones and Notion.
