This special event, which has become an annual tradition, gathered associates, board members, and friends to celebrate the hard work and dedication of the bank's team members.

During the evening, the spotlight was on employees reaching remarkable service milestones with the institution. Those honored for their years of commitment included:

Among these recognitions, the evening's highlight was honoring Cara Quick, Compliance, BSA/AML, and CRA Officer, for her extraordinary 40 years of service. Her commitment has played a critical role in ensuring that First Hope Bank adheres to regulatory standards and engages in community reinvestment efforts.

In his remarks, Dan Beatty, President and CEO of First Hope Bank, expressed profound appreciation for Cara’s contributions: "Cara's career is a shining example of loyalty, professionalism, and care for our customers and our mission. For four decades, she has been a pillar of our team, inspiring colleagues and building trust with everyone she serves. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and proud to celebrate this incredible milestone with her."

Cara herself reflected on her journey at the bank, stating, "I have been privileged to spend my career at First Hope Bank, helping ensure that we not only meet our regulatory obligations but also invest meaningfully in the communities we serve. It has been deeply rewarding to watch both the bank and our customers grow over the years, and I look forward to continuing that work with this exceptional team.”

The event was not only a celebration of staff but also served as a reminder of the leadership and dedication present on the bank’s board. Two board members, Owen Dykstra and Robert Rokosz, were recognized by the New Jersey Bankers Association for their long-standing service in the banking sector.

Beatty emphasized the significance of such events, remarking, "Events like these remind us that our greatest asset is our people. We look forward to many more years of growth and service to our clients and community."
