Discover the Chiba Rice New Rice Project

The Chiba Rice New Rice Project is designed to promote and expand the consumption of Chiba-grown rice. This initiative, spearheaded by the Chiba Rice Demand Expansion Promotion Council, consists of local rice farmers and agricultural organizations, all dedicated to showcasing the delicious rice from Chiba Prefecture. The council is led by Yoshikazu Matsumoto, while the Amulets are operated by Onion Shimbun Co., Ltd.

Instagram Recipe Submission Campaign

As part of this project, we are delighted to announce the ongoing Instagram recipe submission campaign, running until November 4, 2025. This is your chance to get creative in the kitchen with Chiba rice!

To participate, simply follow the official Instagram account @chiba_shinmai and share your rice-based recipe. Make sure to include the following details in your post:

• - Recipe Ingredients: List the quantities of each ingredient.
• - Cooking Instructions: Provide a step-by-step guide on how to prepare the dish.
• - Images: Share a picture of your finished dish to tantalize the audience!

Don’t forget to tag your post with the hashtag #いちばん米ちば米レシピ2025 and mention the account @chiba_shinmai.
