Campaign Details



The campaign will run from May 19 (Tuesday) to June 1 (Monday), and is applicable at all FamilyMart stores with LUUP ports. Eligible participants include anyone who completes a LUUP ride starting or ending at these locations during the campaign period.

Free 45-Minute Rides


For first-time users of LUUP, the campaign offers an incredible opportunity: free rides for 45 minutes! During the campaign, users can enjoy unlimited rides under 45 minutes without any charge when they use the LUUP ports at FamilyMart.

How to Participate:
1. Download the LUUP app and register as a user.
2. First-time riders should enter the coupon code ‘FAMIMA45’ to initiate their ride.
3. Users will have 45 minutes of free riding, provided they stay within the time limit.

However, it’s essential to note that if a rider exceeds the 45-minute limit, standard charges will apply for any time over. Also, even if users pause their ride temporarily, as long as they finish within 45 minutes from the start time, no fees will be incurred.

Moreover, it’s important for users to finish their ride before the campaign expiration date to benefit from the free ride offer.

Special Prize Drawing


In addition to the free rides, there's an exciting chance to win ‘Famimaruh’Ocha’ tea valued at 118 yen, with one in every 45 participants selected for this prize. Up to 1,300 winners will be notified via email in June 2026. Participants should ensure their email reception settings are correct to avoid missing the winning notification.

LUUP is committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable mobility experience through its micro-mobility sharing service accessible via the LUUP app. For rides, a basic fee of 50 yen applies, plus a time charge of 15 yen per minute. Note that charges may vary by region.
