AirBit Victim Fund Now Accepting Applications for Compensation to Fraud Victims

AirBit Victim Fund to Compensate Victims of Fraud

On May 13, 2026, RCB Fund Services LLC, acting as the Claims Administrator for the AirBit Victim Fund (AVF) on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), announced the initiation of the claims process for individuals affected by the AirBit Club fraud. The AVF was established to compensate people who have incurred financial losses due to a fraudulent scheme associated with the AirBit Club. This fund aims to cover damages for those misled into purchasing memberships based on false assurances, including promises of guaranteed daily returns purportedly generated from cryptocurrency mining and trading activities.

Eligibility for Participation

To qualify for compensation from the AVF, one must be considered a 'victim' of the AirBit fraud. This status is conferred upon individuals who have suffered direct financial losses as a result of the scheme. Individuals who have not experienced actual financial losses, such as those who merely transferred money on behalf of others, are not eligible for compensation.

Calculation of Losses

Eligible losses will be assessed using a cash-in/cash-out methodology. Under this approach, applicants need to document the total amount of cash and/or virtual currency used to purchase AirBit Club memberships ('cash-in'). This amount is then offset by the cash or virtual currency withdrawn from the AirBit Club ('cash-out'). Any fictitious or paper profits that may have been reported to participants will not be factored into the determination of eligible losses.

How to Qualify for the Fund

To participate, individuals must submit a completed claim form along with supporting documentation before the submission deadline. The simplest method to apply is online at www.airbitvictimfund.com. Alternatively, claimants can:
  • - Download a claim form from the website and email it to the provided address;
  • - Request a form via the toll-free number (800) 765-7251; or
  • - Request a form via email at [email protected].

Deadline for Submissions

All claims must be submitted by midnight on July 31, 2026, either online or postmarked by that date.

This compensation initiative provides a much-needed avenue for victims of the AirBit Club fraud to recover some of their losses and pursue justice. The program is a significant step towards accountability in the realm of cryptocurrency investments and fraud protection. The DOJ, through the AVF, aims to ensure that those who were unjustly affected by this scheme receive the reparations they rightfully deserve.
