Expansion of Tsujita's Morning Ramen Following 13,000 Bowls Sold

Tsujita's Morning Ramen Expansion

Tsujita, renowned for its iconic morning ramen, is taking significant steps to meet the growing demand from customers. After selling over 13,000 bowls in just six months since its launch, the morning menu will expand to additional locations starting January 12, 2026. Managed by H.I.T WORLD, under Oishes Corporation, Tsujita has established itself as a go-to spot for those seeking a delicious breakfast option in Tokyo.

From 13,000 Bowls to New Offerings

The journey began in July 2025 at Tsujita's Toyosu store, which offered a limited-time morning menu including the "Asa no Chuka Soba" and "Wantan Chuka Soba". These dishes quickly became fan favorites, with morning office workers and local residents flocking to the store. Even within the three-and-a-half hours of availability each weekday morning, the popularity surged, leading to long queues outside the restaurant.

Seeing the enthusiastic response from patrons, the company has decided to meet customer demands for expanded availability. On January 12, 2026, the Asa no Chuka Soba will be available at the Tsujita Iidabashi store, followed by the Tsujita Nihonbashi Ningyocho store on February 2.

Enhanced Flavor Profile

The improvement of the morning ramen is centered on enhancing the flavor without compromising the gentle taste that makes it appealing in the early hours. By refining the broth, Tsujita has elevated the richness of the chicken flavor while ensuring the essence of the seafood remains. The new recipe includes a unique blend incorporating not only chicken bones and dried sardines but also whole chickens to achieve a balanced flavor profile.

Accompanying the flavorful broth are delicate straight noodles and generously sized wantons, infused with ginger for an added zing. This meticulous preparation creates a harmonious experience that is perfect for breakfast!

Affordable and Satisfying

At an appealing price starting at just 650 yen, the morning ramen comes with complimentary rice and a fresh egg. This affordability allows customers to enjoy a delightful and substantial meal. Whether you opt to mix the raw egg into your ramen for creaminess or savor it with the rice, the customization options elevate the meal further. (Note: one egg and one serving of rice per person.)
