Huawei Unveils 4+10+N Intelligent Solutions for SMEs to Boost Smart World Transition
Huawei Unveils 4+10+N Intelligent Solutions for SMEs
On September 19, 2025, Huawei formally introduced its latest series of intelligent solutions, known as 4+10+N, during the Huawei eKit Autumn Launch event in Shanghai. David Wang, Executive Director of the Board, emphasized the importance of providing seamless access to intelligence for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), highlighting how critical they are for the economy, particularly in China, where over 58 million SMEs generate more than 80% of urban jobs and account for 60% of the national GDP.
The launch event was themed "Together for Growth, All Intelligence" and aimed at presenting these innovative one-stop solutions designed specifically to aid SMEs transitioning into the intelligent ecosystem. Despite the global surge in AI applications predominantly serving as employee-oriented intelligent assistants, their integration into core production systems remains a challenge for SMEs due to significant gaps in awareness and technical capabilities. Wang stressed, "Intelligence should be as accessible as water and electricity. I want every person, household, and organization to benefit from AI. Huawei is ready to assist SMEs in overcoming these challenges and becoming intelligent more rapidly. No one should be left behind in this smart world."
These remarks reflected Huawei’s dedication to ensure that SMEs do not fall behind in adopting AI technologies. SMEs are predominantly requiring user-friendly, quick-to-deploy solutions tailored to enhance operational efficiencies and drive growth. Historically, many have resorted to external intelligent solutions developed afresh, leading to complications attributed to outdated subcontracting models. Huawei has restructured its distribution approach, moving from selling standalone products to offering scenario-based integrated solutions that simplify implementation by installers.
The 4+10+N model introduced today encapsulates four major scenario categories that cover a vast range of business operations: Smart Office, Smart Enterprise, Smart Education, and Smart Healthcare. The '10' identifies ten unique scenario-based solutions unveiled today, including offerings like SME Office, Smart Hotel, Digital Diagnostics Platform, and Intelligent Interactive Classroom. Meanwhile, 'N' refers to a broad spectrum of flagship products tailored to these various scenarios.
At the event, Huawei launched 26 products under this solution umbrella, prominently including the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180 series enterprise routers. These high-performance routers integrate numerous functions such as routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN capabilities. Additionally, new IdeaHub products that blend conference applications, acoustic elements, and AI were introduced. These offerings are characterized by a consolidated design, intelligent interactions, and comprehensive security measures.
Wang elaborated, "We manage the complexity so that our customers and partners can focus on growth. Our unique, scenario-based solutions will allow SMEs to become intelligent more easily and swiftly. The latest eKit solutions are a testament to an upgraded development in terms of solution design, sales aid, and service delivery. By leveraging these solutions to empower our partners, we are making AI's benefits viable for SMEs."
The newly launched products are equipped with significantly advanced AI technologies that have been pre-integrated and validated, facilitating a more flexible delivery process. Installers can now easily group products to meet the specific needs of varying scenarios. Huawei also provides its distribution partners with supplementary sales tools, including expedited access to related resources, solution demonstrations, and scenario-based configuration plans that substantially ease the burden of product selection and solution design for both installers and customers.
For installation services, Huawei supports unified setup, centralized network management, and consolidated customer support, enabling clients to adopt AI swiftly while ensuring a worry-free delivery for installers. Wang concluded his address by stating, "These solutions will drive the last mile of the smart world for SMEs. We are fully committed to partnering with distributors and installers to pool our resources and empower SMEs to become intelligent." In summary, Huawei's commitment to enabling SMEs through innovative technological solutions demonstrates their proactive approach in enhancing the economic landscape and ensuring no business is left in the dark age of technology.
