BBSS Hosts Smartphone and Mobile Phone Safety Training Sessions
On October 28 and 29, 2025, BBSS Inc., headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, held an important workshop focusing on smartphone safety amid increasing digital threats. This initiative, part of their efforts to raise awareness about online fraud, took place in the historical towns of Hagi and Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The company is dedicated to creating a society free from internet fraud, emphasizing the importance of education and awareness.
The workshop, officially titled
“Addressing Smartphone Risks Faced by Youth and How Adults Can Interact with Them,” was aimed at educators, parents, youth development instructors, and local officials, gathering approximately 20 participants each day. This was made possible through a collaboration with SoftBank, which has been instrumental in supporting BBSS’s initiatives.
Participants were provided with valuable insights into the risks that smartphones pose to young individuals, further enlightened by the data and methodologies supported by BBSS’s software solutions.
Training Overview
The agenda for the training event included two key sessions:
