Embraer Reports Record-Breaking Earnings in Third Quarter 2025

Embraer S.A. (NYSE: EMBJ; B3: EMBJ3) has unveiled its earnings results for the third quarter of 2025, marking a significant milestone in the company’s financial performance. The aviation giant reiterated its robust guidance for the fiscal year, with expectations of delivering between 77 to 85 commercial aircraft and 145 to 155 executive jets.

Financial Highlights

In a year characterized by resilient growth, Embraer's revenues have soared to an impressive range between $7.0 billion and $7.5 billion. The adjusted EBIT margin has also shown promising figures, expected to fall between 7.5% and 8.3%, alongside an anticipated adjusted free cash flow exceeding $200 million for the year.

Record Deliveries

In the third quarter alone, Embraer achieved revenues of $2,004 million—that’s an 18% increase compared to the previous year, marking it the highest revenue recorded for a third quarter in the company's history. In terms of aircraft deliveries, Embraer dispatched a total of 62 aircrafts this quarter: 20 commercial jets (13 E2s and 7 E1s), 41 executive jets (23 light jets and 18 medium jets), and 1 military aircraft (KC-390 Millennium). This was a remarkable 5% increase in deliveries compared to last year’s figures, where only 59 aircraft were delivered.

The company’s commercial aviation and defense sectors have been strong contributors to its recent success, showing a revenue growth of 31% and 27% respectively compared to the previous year. This demonstrates the vital role Embraer continues to play in both passenger and defense aviation markets globally.
