Huawei Unveils Updated Xinghe Intelligent Network Solutions for Europe to Boost Industrial Intelligence

Huawei Network Summit 2025: Pioneering the Future of Intelligent Networking

On October 2, 2025, Huawei proudly hosted the Network Summit 2025 in Munich, which became a pivotal gathering for over 800 experts and partners from more than 30 countries including Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Turkey. The summit was organized to delve into trends surrounding intelligent networks and to exchange insights regarding the digital and intelligent transformation in Europe.

New Offerings from Huawei

At this esteemed event, Huawei unveiled its fully upgraded offerings for the Xinghe Intelligent Network tailored for campus networks, remote networks, and data center scenarios. These innovations are designed to facilitate network advancements and ignite intelligent productivity throughout Europe.

Jim Lu, President of the European Region at Huawei, emphasized during his speech the rapid acceleration in deploying artificial intelligence due to its advancing capabilities and decreasing costs. He stated, “The enhanced Xinghe Intelligent Network streamlines data flow and offers a premium experience for utilizing AI, making it an optimal tool for expediting intelligent transformation across various industrial sectors.” Lu underscored Huawei’s commitment to collaborating with customers and partners to establish solid foundations for a smart world and achieving mutual success towards a smarter future.

Steven Zhao, Vice President of Data Communication Product Line at Huawei, elaborated on the innovations explaining the framework driving these developments, referred to as ‘3-Beyond’ (3x Beyond). This includes:
  • - Beyond Performance: Elevating network capacity expectations, delivering unparalleled service quality.
  • - Beyond Resilience: Offering unprecedented reliability and comprehensive security.
  • - Beyond Autonomy: Connecting the digital with the physical world to foster highly autonomous networks.

Innovations Enhancing Security and Efficiency

Among the numerous advancements introduced, the company highlighted the innovative security measures within the Xinghe AI Campus. In addition to revolutionizing Wi-Fi Security with the introduction of Wi-Fi Shield, Huawei presented the world’s first spycam-detecting access point (AP) that uses broadband scanning and intelligent algorithms to detect hidden cameras, ensuring user privacy round-the-clock. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi sensing technology employs patented algorithms to detect micromovements down to mere centimeters, safeguarding sensitive areas from intrusion.

The Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 was also showcased, which promises to create continuously available and exceptionally resilient data center networks. With banking services capable of being activated within days, traditional manual updates to security policies remain slow and prone to errors. Now, with the capacity to simulate and configure thousands of security and network devices in merely five minutes, the efficiency gains are monumental. The Eagle-Eye engine can detect up to 200,000 flows in real-time, facilitating traffic quality analysis, fault detection in seconds, and system recovery in minutes.

Empowering Intelligent Industries

The Xinghe Intelligent WAN aims to elevate industrial intelligence with deterministic confidence. Traditional methods have posed challenges for internet service providers to identify encrypted applications, hindering value-added services development. Huawei's intelligent service recognition algorithm addresses this, achieving over 95% accuracy in identifying encrypted applications. Moreover, the energy sector's transition to flexible networks necessitates strict latency requirements, which Huawei meets with a smart technology that adeptly manages latency fluctuations 20 times more effectively than the industry average.

In an era characterized by the burgeoning expansion of mobile applications and wireless networks, Huawei introduced the NetMaster, a pioneering intelligent network agent. This innovation automates the entire processing chain extending from recognition and analysis to decision-making and realization. Within educational and office environments, NetMaster can autonomously resolve 80% of wireless network issues, drastically reducing average resolution times from hours to mere minutes.

The launch of HUAWEI eKit is a game-changer for small and medium-sized enterprises facing budgetary constraints regarding ICT, as well as a shortage of IT professionals and low-quality video conferences. The inclusion of the enterprise-grade AR180 wireless router integrates eight critical functions, helping reduce capital expenses by 50%. Additionally, the high-density Wi-Fi 7 AP673 supports average simultaneous capacities thrice higher than the industry average for seamless HD video conferencing across 120 channels.

A Vision for a Smarter Future

Throughout the summit, Huawei also released in collaboration with industry trailblazers and standardization organizations, a white paper on Wi-Fi 7 Advanced Technology. This technology presents innovations like continuous 80MHz network connections among multiple access points, integrated Wi-Fi communication, sensing, and comprehensive security protocols.

Furthermore, Huawei co-published a comparative benchmark white paper on Ethernet interconnect for AI/HPC workloads with the Open Edge and HPC Initiative (OEHI), showcasing Ethernet's superiority over InfiniBand in key metrics.

Looking ahead, Huawei remains dedicated to fostering innovation and ecosystem cooperation, aspiring to position the Xinghe Intelligent Networks as foundational elements of an intelligent infrastructure for a smarter future.
