Atman Health Selected for ARPA-H Award to Transform Heart Failure Care with AI
In a groundbreaking development, Atman Health has been awarded a grant by the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) to create an agentic artificial intelligence system focused on cardiovascular care, with an initial focus on heart failure. Despite the proven efficacy of these medications, recent studies have shown that only about 1 percent of eligible patients are receiving the recommended doses. Atman Health's proposed AI system aims to provide continuous patient engagement, simulating the interaction and oversight typically delivered by a cardiologist.
