The expansion includes the addition of 14 specialized laboratories over the past five years, which encompass both onsite facilities and other locations. This growth trajectory ensures that Trescal delivers its expertise to Tier 1 aerospace and defence companies, as well as Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Most notably, the company adheres to stringent industry standards, including ISO/IEC 17025, AS9100, EN9100, FAA, EASA, and others, which are critical for maintaining quality and precision in these highly regulated sectors.

One of the pivotal components of this expansion is the acquisition of Facility Monitoring Systems Ltd (FMS). By integrating FMS's specialized services into its operational framework, Trescal not only enhances its metrology capabilities but also offers comprehensive solutions tailored for critical environments. The services include vital aspects such as contamination control, cleanroom validation support, and effective asset management.

In Ireland, Trescal's footprint has also been reinforced through the acquisition of four specialized laboratories, including Multiplex Engineering and Butler Technologies.
