About Alejandro Przygoda

Alejandro Przygoda has held various executive roles in investment banking. Notably, he was Co-Head of Global Investment Banking and Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Jefferies from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Credit Suisse, serving as the global head of FIG for the last decade. His investment banking career began at CS First Boston in New York in 1995, and he has held esteemed positions at Greenhill and UBS. His early career included serving as CFO of General Re's Argentine subsidiary from 1990 to 1993. Przygoda holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, graduating with honors as a Palmer Fellow. He also graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires as a Bachelor in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Argentina. Furthermore, he is a frequent speaker on activism defense and mergers and acquisitions at Wharton and serves on the board of the Collegiate School in New York City.
