The company has successfully started its state-of-the-art printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing facility in Estonia, marking a pivotal moment in its strategic expansion into the European market.

With a clean room spanning approximately 930 square meters, the facility is equipped with cutting-edge machinery enabling the production of up to 50,000 square meters of multilayer high-density interconnect (HDI) PCBs annually. This groundbreaking development maintains compliance with the industry's stringent standards, particularly demanded by high-end mobile phone manufacturers and critical sectors including defense, aerospace, automotive electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, telecommunications infrastructure, and industrial electronics.

The facility is designed to handle various advanced PCB types, including high-speed PCBs, advanced HDI PCBs, high-frequency boards, and multilayer configurations (up to 48 layers) aimed at high-end electronics. Urmas Aruoja, CEO, assured that Polymatech could deliver PCBs within just 24 hours, underscoring the flexibility of their products essential for smartphones, laptops, wearable smart devices, and many others. Their offering includes substrate-type PCBs (SLP), HDI PCBs, rigid-flex PCBs (RPCB), integrated circuit substrates (ICS), RF PCBs, and high-density modules designed for advanced applications.

The advanced HDI PCBs boast features such as laser microvias, sequential lamination structures, fine lines, and high-performance thin materials, allowing enhanced functionality per unit area. Additionally, advanced HDI PCBs incorporate multiple layers of stacked microvias filled with copper, enabling complex interconnections for high-speed chips with fine pitches and numerous pins found in cutting-edge technology products.
