The forum comprises two sessions featuring a total of 14 presentations including the latest efforts supporting labor-saving and operational improvement.

2. Second Part: Innovations (9 presentations, 10 minutes each)

To enhance the quality of presentations, Asanuma Co. introduced a presentation review system for the first time. This involved a rigorous assessment by seven judges, culminating in the awarding of a "Judges' Special Prize" for outstanding presentations. The evaluation criteria for the presentations included three main aspects:

• - Content and Delivery: Volume, pace, clarity, and order of presentations
• - Presentation Time and Q&A: Accuracy in answering questions and adhering to time guidelines
