On August 19, 2026, the 6th installment of the Entertainment Underground Lounge, organized by RK LLC, will be held at Rhythm Canvas in Suehirocho, Tokyo. This unique networking event connects behind-the-scenes professionals from the entertainment industry, offering an informal platform for collaboration and dialogue.

Bridging the Gap in the Entertainment Industry

As part of the entertainment sector, numerous behind-the-scenes roles are essential for production, management, broadcasting, and more. However, opportunities for professionals from different companies and projects to casually connect are surprisingly limited. This lounge aims to foster those vital connections.

Typically, competitors in the industry will gather in one space, which creates a rare ecosystem for collaboration. Recently, the influx of participants like VTubers and live performers means industry creators and behind-the-scenes talents can engage in meaningful discussions around the same table. Over the past five events, attendance has varied from 40 to 60 professionals, showcasing a diverse array of companies contributing to entertainment.

Innovative Psychological Analysis Booth

This edition will introduce an exciting new feature: a psychological analysis booth in collaboration with the Shonan Psychology Institute. Attendees will have the chance to receive three types of psychological assessments for free. This initiative aims to help participants understand their strengths and how they work best.

1. Sustained Well-being Analysis (Flourish): This analysis utilizes effective assessment methods from the psychology field to measure sustainable happiness factors based on the PERMA theory.
2. Character Strength Analysis: This globally recognized assessment identifies an individual’s core character strengths from a pool of 24 traits, promoting mental health and happiness.
3. Life Story Analysis (Inner Career): A narrative-based approach helps attendees uncover their life themes, encouraging them to articulate their visions.

Results will not just be handed over; attendees will engage in a one-on-one interview with the research team, providing a deeper context for their results.

- 16:00 - 18:30: Entertainment Underground Lounge (Pre-registration required; free admission)
- 18:30 - 21:00: Entertainment Underground Night ($10, includes unlimited soft drinks and alcohol, food welcome)
