Vantage Foundation and SOS Children's Villages Philippines Join Forces

On January 31, 2025, the Vantage Foundation proudly announced its new partnership with SOS Children's Villages Philippines, a dedicated NGO focused on providing safe, family-oriented care for children who have lost parental support or are at risk of family separation. Founded in 1967, SOS Children's Villages operates a comprehensive network of programs designed to care for vulnerable children and strengthen at-risk families.

The organization's core mission is based on family-based care, where children who are orphaned or whose parents cannot care for them are placed in SOS Villages. Within these villages, small family homes are run by SOS mothers who ensure children receive the love, care, and attention of a true family. Here, children grow up alongside their biological siblings (when available) as well as other children, supported continuously by caregivers who act as role models and provide emotional, educational, and psychological guidance.

SOS Children's Villages commits to offering ongoing, comprehensive support to children from an early age until they complete their education or vocational training and transition into adulthood. By providing educational support, vocational training, scholarships, and career guidance, the organization empowers youth with the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty, achieve their dreams, and become future leaders and contributors to society.

Recently, the Vantage Foundation team visited an SOS village in Manila to witness firsthand the impactful work being done to support vulnerable children and youth.
