The construction of Lighthaus has reached completion, with the first residents expected to move in by the end of this month. This tower is a crucial addition to the city’s ever-growing sector of high-quality rental accommodations.

Situated in the heart of Liverpool's waterfront, Lighthaus offers a variety of living spaces, ranging from studio apartments to two- and three-bedroom units. Residents will benefit from a range of premium communal facilities designed to enhance the modern seaside lifestyle. These amenities include a panoramic lounge with scenic water views, a rooftop terrace, a fully-equipped gym, dedicated co-working spaces, and a 24-hour concierge service, all seamlessly blending luxury and convenience.

The pre-leasing interest for Lighthaus has been remarkably high, reflecting a robust demand for professionally managed, high-quality rental properties in Liverpool. Currently, the private rental sector comprises nearly 29% of the city’s housing; however, the latest developments have struggled to keep pace with the growing population.
