In a strategic move to expand its footprint in the accessory market, Endless Inc., renowned for its accessory parts specialty shop "PARTS CLUB" and affordable accessory brands like "LUNA EARTH" and "ruinas," has officially acquired Cullet Co., Ltd., a company focusing on mid-range accessories priced between 1,000 and 3,000 yen. This acquisition is set to diversify and enhance the synergy between both brands' operations.

Endless has established itself as a leader in the accessory market, primarily through a manufacturing-retail business model, with prices targeted around 330, 550, and 990 yen. Currently, LUNA EARTH operates 63 outlets across Japan, with aspirations to expand to 200 stores in the near future.

Cullet, known for its dedication to quality and customer service, operates 14 stores, mainly in shopping centers. The brand has received high accolades from customers due to its carefully curated product range that focuses on quality and aesthetic appeal, boasting an annual revenue of approximately 700 million yen.

The integration of Cullet’s brand power and expertise in customer service with Endless’s operational capabilities and product development strength opens the door for a broader range of price points and design aesthetics in their accessory offerings. This affiliation aims to enhance the depth of the accessory business segment significantly.

Moving forward, Endless plans to open about 20 new stores under the LUNA EARTH brand and 5-10 additional outlets under the Cullet brand annually. The company envisions a long-term target of establishing 100 stores under the Cullet brand nationwide. Furthermore, Endless intends to strengthen collaboration with Japanese accessory manufacturers to incorporate high-quality designs into its offerings, thus expanding upon the mid-range market segment.

Looking beyond Japan, Endless is considering international expansion through the Cullet brand, leveraging its strong production and logistics network that primarily focuses on China. This initiative would capitalize on the global market while ensuring that only the best quality and design are transferred from Japanese manufacturers.
