Before joining A&G, Parris founded Parris Monroe Partners, where he specialized in lease mitigation and rent reductions, honing his skills in optimizing corporate real estate portfolios. His previous leadership roles at recognized firms such as JLL and Newmark included serving as Executive Managing Director and Co-Chair of the firm's restructuring group.
