Celebrating the Winners of the 19th Annual Stevie® Awards



On March 6, 2025, the winners of the prestigious Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service were announced, marking a significant milestone in recognizing outstanding achievements in these fields across the globe. The Stevie® Awards are renowned for being the top honors for customer service and sales excellence.

This year, over 2,100 nominations were evaluated from organizations of various sizes and industries from 45 different countries and territories. These nominations spanned more than 60 categories that accentuate the accomplishments in customer service, contact centers, sales innovation, and business development. A panel comprising over 170 professionals acted as judges, assessing the nominations based on a comprehensive scoring system.

Award Highlights


Among the notable winners, DP DHL stood out as the top honoree, accumulating a remarkable 39 awards, including gold, silver, and bronze Stevie trophies. Other companies that excelled include IBM, Sales Partnerships, Inc., and UnitedHealthcare, each securing numerous accolades that showcase their commitment to excellence in customer service and sales.

The Stevie® Awards also emphasize innovation and leadership in the industry, categorizing awards for areas such as Customer Service Department of the Year, Sales Training Program of the Year, and Best New Product or Service. This categorization allows for a diverse array of organizations, regardless of their size, to be recognized for their contributions and innovations.

The awards ceremony will take place on April 10, 2025, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City, where all winners will be celebrated. Tickets for the event are already available for those wishing to witness this grand celebration of excellence.

Special Awards


In addition to the standard awards, one special category, the Sales Ethics Award, will recognize organizations demonstrating exemplary practices in promoting the highest ethical standards in the sales process. This award will be announced in early April, after the nomination period closes on March 21, 2025.

Furthermore, during the week of March 17, five Grand Stevie Award winners will be announced—these will be the top five organizations with the most awards received in this year’s competition, highlighting the exceptional performances in the field.
