The project commenced with an in-depth analysis of the company's historical production data. Phenx has developed a digital twin of the manufacturing process that Bullen intends to optimize. This digital twin acts as a virtual model, allowing Bullen and Phenx to simulate different algorithms and modifications in a controlled digital environment, significantly reducing risks associated with potential changes on the manufacturing floor. The current phase of the project focuses on validating the optimization algorithms with this digital twin before conducting live tests on actual manufacturing equipment.

By integrating AI with advanced modeling and machine learning, the team can identify complex patterns and safely test optimization strategies before implementing them in real-world scenarios.
