EVE Energy and Vimab BESS AB Partner to Transform Energy Storage in Europe
On November 19, 2025, during the 2025 GENERA Energy and Environment International Trade Fair held in Madrid, EVE Energy officially signed a three-year memorandum of understanding with the Swedish energy storage system integrator, Vimab BESS AB. The focus of this collaboration is to deploy a significant 1.48 GWh of energy storage projects aimed at facilitating the energy transition in Northern Europe.
The Nordic region is recognized as a pioneer in the global energy transition, actively promoting renewable energy through stringent carbon emissions targets. However, the challenges posed by the intermittent nature of wind and solar energy, combined with increasing electrification demands, highlight critical issues related to supply-demand imbalance and electricity price volatility. Under this agreement, EVE Energy will serve as a key supplier for Vimab BESS AB, providing high-performance energy storage batteries, system solutions, and the necessary technical support to boost Vimab's energy storage activities throughout Sweden and beyond. A significant initial order has already been confirmed for delivery in December 2025, underscoring the mutual confidence and commitment between the partners to achieve swift implementation.
