This unique 9-day adventure is set to commence on August 17, 2026. Participants will visit renowned institutions like UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles), UCSD (University of California, San Diego), and the esteemed Salk Institute. Throughout the program, students will engage in special lectures led by leading researchers and have the opportunity to interact with current university students, providing a glimpse into a world-class educational experience.

1. Special Lectures at Top Californian Universities

Participants will have the chance to visit prestigious institutions such as UCLA and UCSD, as well as the globally recognized Salk Institute. The program includes special lectures from researchers and opportunities to interact with current students, thereby immersing participants in a premier educational environment.

2. Experience American School Life

Spend time at a local high school in San Diego where students will engage with peers from grades 9 to 12. The program allows students not only to tour the campus but also to attend classes alongside local students and participate in Japanese club activities that foster cultural exchange, offering a firsthand experience of American school life.

3. Immerse in American Culture with MLB Games and Disneyland

No trip to California is complete without experiencing some entertainment! Enjoy an exhilarating MLB game featuring the iconic Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium, where participants can soak in the electric atmosphere of America's beloved pastime. In addition, the program includes a visit to Disney California Adventure, allowing students to experience unique attractions and elements of American culture and history unavailable elsewhere.

Continuous Supervision and Support

From departure to return, a tour supervisor will accompany participants, providing support for their daily activities. Every evening, parents will receive updates via email about the day's events to keep them informed. The tour also ensures rapid response to any emergency communications from home.

Important Information:

Please note that while a designated guide from Plus One Education or Riso Education will accompany the group, no tour guide will be present. The costs cover transportation fees; however, domestic airport facility usage fees, international airport taxes, and related expenses are not included in the tour price. Participants will need to apply for an ESTA visa prior to travel, and activities may utilize public transportation.

Here's a sneak peek at the itinerary for the enriching 9-day journey:

Day 1: Arrival and Campus Interaction

- 15:40: Gather at Narita Airport
- 12:50: Depart from Narita International Airport
- Arrive at Los Angeles International Airport and transfer to UCLA for campus tour and interaction with students.

Days 2-5: Educational Activities and Cultural Exchange

- Sessions at UCSD with English training and special lectures at Salk Institute
- Engage in exchanges at a local high school and participate in Japanese language classes

Day 6-7: MLB Game and Disneyland Visit

- Watch the Dodgers play at Dodger Stadium; fun at Disneyland

Day 8: Departure

- Return journey to Japan after a thrilling week!
