Participation Requirements

• - Eligibility: Attendees must hold executive positions within their organizations (individual entrepreneurs and freelancers are not allowed).

- During this event, directors or higher levels from publicly listed companies can also join if they hold budget decision-making authority.
- Sales roles from specific fields such as insurance or real estate, as well as multi-level marketing and religious groups, are prohibited from attending.

Participation Fee

• - Cost: ¥10,000 (includes craft beer, cocktail special, and hearty dinner with pre-payment)
• - At-Door Fee: ¥11,000 (same inclusions with payment made on site)

- An additional ¥10,000 charge applies to those who do not meet participation requirements.

About the Hosts

Jun Komine, Director at Musashino

Graduating from university in 2003, Jun quickly rose through Musashino to become a section chief in just nine months, achieving the best performance among new graduates. In 2018, he launched the Kimete project to eliminate mismatches in the workforce, leveraging successful recruitment methodologies and developing a human assessment tool that predicts potential success.

Taishi Hondo, CEO of ZENRYOKU

After graduating from Seijo University and working in a sales role at a publicly-listed trading company, Taishi learned the importance of customer attraction from restaurant owners. He grew a networking group to 200 participants monthly and transitioned into business consulting, where he developed a profitable lead acquisition scheme. Taishi’s mission is to create a society where empowered individuals achieve their dreams.
