On May 1, SHIRO proudly opened its first-ever boutique in Hong Kong at K11 Musea, marking a significant milestone in the brand's journey. Over the weekend, approximately 3,200 visitors flocked to the new store, leading to impressive sales of around ¥20 million in just two days. The excitement surrounding the opening was palpable, with eager customers lining up even before the official launch time.

A Flurry of Visitors

The buzz around SHIRO's arrival in Hong Kong was evident even in the days leading up to the inauguration. Enthusiastic patrons began gathering at the store's entrance, and the official opening saw lines of customers waiting to enter, some enduring wait times of up to an hour and a half. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who patiently waited to explore our offerings. The inaugural excitement led to a visitor count 1.3 times higher than that of SHIRO's first store in Seongsu, South Korea, with sales figures doubling those of our previous launch.

Limited Edition Fragrance: Hanacha

Among the standout products introduced was the limited edition fragrance 'Hanacha,' crafted from the rich history and culture of Hong Kong. Drawing inspiration from the city's culinary traditions, this refreshing scent resonated with customers, resulting in a remarkable sale of over 1,100 units within the first two days. In conjunction, our online store saw an additional 1,000 orders in the three days following the boutique’s launch. Customers were invited to sample the 'Hanacha' fragrance while they waited, further enhancing their shopping experience.

The Zero Blender Lab Experience

At the heart of the SHIRO K11 Musea store lies the 'Zero Blender Lab,' an exclusive creative space where customers can craft their very own custom fragrances. This innovative experience allows visitors to combine unused scents from our product development process with distilled water from yuzu and yomogi, creating personalized fragrance mists. Over the two days, 241 individuals participated in this unique experience, enjoying the opportunity to explore various scent combinations and engage with the essence of SHIRO’s products.

Regularly updated with scents developed in our manufacturing facility in Hokkaido, the 'Zero Blender Lab' aims to encourage customers to return and explore new fragrance possibilities each time they visit.
