InVision Enhances Its HR Hacker with New AI-Driven Features
In a recent advancement aimed at revolutionizing recruitment marketing, InVision Inc., a company based in Tokyo, has officially launched three new features for its recruitment-focused cloud service, HR Hacker. This innovative platform supports organizations with AI content creation, powerful candidate analysis, and the establishment of owned media in a bid to contribute to their vision of increasing the number of happy and stylish professionals in the workplace.
New Features Overview
On April 1, 2026, InVision introduced enhancements to HR Hacker that align with the changing landscape of job-seeking behavior. Job seekers today are increasingly accessing information about potential employers from various sources such as social media, reviews, and companies' own content, rather than relying solely on job listings. According to a survey by Mynavi, over 80% of job seekers check prospective employers’ websites before applying, while around 60% look specifically at recruitment pages.
In response to candidates' evolving values and the increasing use of AI in job searching, InVision's new features focus on providing a simplified yet robust experience for recruitment marketing. Here are the three newly released functionalities:
1. Recruitment Owned Media Creation
This feature allows companies to easily launch their own recruitment media, similar to updating a blog or social media account, under their existing domain. Without needing specialized knowledge, HR teams can manage job postings, content articles, and applicant information efficiently. This simplified management system enhances operational efficiency, ultimately transforming recruitment marketing into a valuable asset.
2. AI Content Creation Support
Creating engaging content can be highly demanding, and this feature is designed to alleviate that burden. By using AI to support article generation, companies can produce unique and differentiated recruitment material that clearly reflects their values. Through this functionality, existing information from homepages or slides can be inputted, greatly reducing the workload while allowing for a distinctive voice in recruitment messaging.
3. Candidate Analysis
Understanding candidates’ interests is crucial for effective recruitment. This feature analyzes data based on candidates’ browsing habits, such as which pages they visited and how long they stayed. By providing tailored information aligned with candidates' interests, companies can enhance mutual understanding and significantly minimize the risk of mismatched hires.
In addition to these primary features, HR Hacker continues to build partnerships with several recruitment media, including Indeed PLUS, and offers functionalities like custom domain settings, external content curation, and Google Tag Manager integration. The service is available at a starting monthly fee of ¥30,000 (tax excluded).
Service Highlights
Since its launch in 2018, HR Hacker has been utilized by over 3,357 companies and has successfully facilitated a total of more than 12,000 hires through integrations with multiple job platforms. The recruitment marketing division offers comprehensive services including the development of job descriptions, interview articles, recruiting videos, and advertising operations to promote content to a broader applicant audience.
The Vision Ahead
“InVision aims to create a legacy that transcends generations, fostering an agile workforce for a century,” expresses Seigo Yoshida, the CEO. The company recognizes that Japan has the highest number of century-old companies globally and attributes this longevity to the unbroken passing of passion and values from one generation to the next. With each initiative that InVision undertakes, the goal is to nurture a community of curious, productive individuals who find fulfillment in their careers.
Collaborations for Community Growth
Since partnering with Nishinippon Shimbun in 2020, InVision has established ties with 20 local newspapers across Japan, all sharing a common aim to bolster local enterprises. This collaborative approach leverages local networks and marketing power to propel HR Hacker’s presence in regional markets while facilitating various initiatives that encourage local development, succession planning, and productivity enhancement.
