The 54th Itabashi Community Festival is set to take place on October 18th and 19th, and this year features a special highlight: a Mobile Library! Designed to promote reading and attract new users, the Mobile Library will offer an impressive collection of about 500 curated books, including delightful picture books and engaging novels for all ages.
