The 54th Itabashi Community Festival is set to take place on
October 18th and 19th, and this year features a special highlight: a
Mobile Library! Designed to promote reading and attract new users, the Mobile Library will offer an impressive collection of about
500 curated books, including delightful picture books and engaging novels for all ages.
Bringing Books Closer to the Community
The Itabashi area aims to encourage a love for reading, and the Mobile Library will serve as a great way to connect visitors with literature. The initiative hopes to make books feel more accessible and to raise awareness about Itabashi being known as the “
Picture Book Town.” Visitors of all ages are welcome to stop by and discover books that catch their interest. If you find a book you like, you can borrow it right there! No library card? No problem! Even if you don’t own a library card, you can sign up for one on-site.
