The 2026 China Taklimakan Rally: A Test of Endurance and Innovation

The iconic 2026 China Taklimakan Rally, exclusively sponsored by Sinopec’s Aipao Racing Fuel, kicked off on May 16, 2026, from Urumqi, located in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. This thrilling event has attracted almost 300 competitors from 74 teams across the globe, all eager to embark on an extraordinary journey covering a staggering 7,500 kilometers.
