Event Recap: ADI Year-End Party 2025



On December 11, 2025, Architect Developer (ADI) hosted the "2nd ADI Year-End Party" at the Park Tower Hall in Shinjuku, Tokyo. This event gathered key partners and real estate brokers to express gratitude and strengthen collaborations. The event was well-attended with 163 representatives from 103 brokerage firms, alongside 80 members from ADI’s executive team, including CEO Kei Ki Moto and executive officers.

Event Overview


The primary objective of this gathering was to engage with the brokerage firms that have been instrumental in supporting ADI's property management business. The evening, starting from 16:00 to 18:30, was filled with lively interactions and appreciation. The program included various segments designed to celebrate accomplishments and foster closer relationships.

Program Highlights


The festivities kicked off with an opening video, followed by a welcoming speech from President Moto. He highlighted the company's ongoing initiatives, showcasing the importance of collaboration for mutual growth. Executive Officer Imura delivered a toast, setting a jubilant tone for the evening.

The highlight of the event was the "Full Occupancy Award," recognizing the top brokers who displayed outstanding performance throughout the year. The presence of special guest JP, an acclaimed comedian, added an element of entertainment, further engaging attendees. The atmosphere was festive, with a strong sense of camaraderie throughout.

Full Occupancy Award Details


The Full Occupancy Award segment honored 20 top-performing brokers selected based on their annual performance metrics, including brokers from the Kanto area: FPR, Kamakura Live Kanagawa, Town Housing Saitama, and Aerlas Funabashi. Individual awards were also presented to eight individuals who excelled in communication and representation of ADI properties.

Even brokers from Nagoya, Osaka, and Sendai regions who could not attend were recognized for their exceptional performance over the year. They included firms like M Home Estate in Nagoya, Mishima Corporation in Osaka, and Heiwa House Information Center in Sendai.

All award recipients were presented with special trophies in acknowledgment of their success.

President Moto's Remarks


CEO Kei Ki Moto expressed gratitude to all brokerage firms for their unwavering support in ADI's property management efforts. He noted that the number of managed properties increased by over 10% in the last year, projecting a total management scale of 55,000 units by early next year. He emphasized the integral relationship between ADI and its brokerage partners, stating that the trust and collaboration established are fundamental to the business's success.

As the busy season approaches, President Moto extended a call for continued guidance and cooperation, ensuring the provision of quality living spaces and elevating industry standards together.
