Beginning May 19, 2025, guests can delight in a luxurious culinary journey featuring five exquisite courses paired with a curated selection of Japanese craft liquors.

This stunning bar offers breathtaking views spanning about 200 meters above the city, making it an ideal setting for an unforgettable dining experience, whether for anniversaries or special celebrations. With the introduction of the 'Timeless Delight Platinum' course, diners will now enjoy an expanded selection of beverages, including exceptional Japanese craft spirits handpicked by Beverage Director Yoshida Shigeki, featuring about 40 unique beverages. This includes the BELLUSTAR TOKYO original sake, "TOKYO HACHIOJI CRAFT SAKE BELLUSTAR Limited," aged sakes, Japanese whiskies, craft gins, Japanese wines, shochu, and innovative cocktails.

Each course of the meal is expertly paired with drinks, allowing guests to savor each dish—from appetizers to main courses and desserts—enhancing the flavors through thoughtful suggestions from the bartenders.

The 'Timeless Delight Platinum' course features:

• - Appetizer 1: A trio of hors d'oeuvres, including squid carbonara, salmon and avocado tartare, and jamón with pipérade tartine.
• - Appetizer 2: Scallops and seasonal vegetables in garlic oil.
• - Pasta: Creamy pasta with sea urchin.
• - Main Course: Grilled domestic beef with gratin dauphinois.
• - Dessert: Lime-flavored chocolate mousse cigar with plum sorbet.

Each course is paired with beverages from the Japanese craft liquor selection, promising an unforgettable dining experience.
