Launch of the Shibuya Brand Marketer Community
The KOBUSHI MARKETING LLC, based in Shibuya, Tokyo, announced the establishment of a new community aimed at business marketers—the Shibuya Brand Marketer Community. Guided by advisor Natsuhiko Kubota, former CMO of Nike Japan and Adastria, the community aims to be a valuable platform for marketers responsible for bridging business and brand growth. What is the Shibuya Brand Marketer Community?
The community is a spin-off of the
KOBUSHI BEER Community, one of Shibuya's largest networks for entrepreneurs and marketers. Yusuke Inoue, the representative of KOBUSHI MARKETING, has orchestrated over 300 networking events annually, hosting around 5,000 attendees to create one of Shibuya's premier business communities. This new initiative focuses specifically on marketers handling over ¥1 million in monthly budgets who are considering transitioning to an in-house marketer role. The group will offer a dense, high-quality learning and networking opportunity, beginning with a limited-number format.

Natsuhiko Kubota (Kubotech)
Natsuhiko Kubota started his career in 1993 at OGIS-RI, before moving to Nike Japan in 1996. There, he played a key role in launching various marketing initiatives. In 2016, he joined Adastria as CMO, overseeing 25 brands’ marketing and digital transformation. Since then, he has focused on smart city projects in Shibuya and operates multiple brands.
Yusuke Inoue (KOBUSHI MARKETING)
As a practical marketer in Shibuya, Yusuke Inoue has organized more than 300 events each year, establishing KOBUSHI BEER LOUNGE & BAR as a core networking hub for marketers and entrepreneurs. His work facilitates community creation around craft beer, enhancing marketers' support and networking opportunities.
