1. Sugar Orange: A luscious Liege waffle made with premium fermented butter from Hokkaido, this sweet treat is blended with semi-dried orange peel and topped off with a crisp icing sugar coating.

What is HASHLE?

Founded in 2024, HASHLE has quickly gained recognition for its unique approach to waffles. The brand launched with the intention of sharing the love of Belgian waffles with a wider audience in Japan. The menu features the circular Liege waffle but also highlights the rare hash waffle — a delightful innovation where ingredients are wrapped inside the dough before baking. This technique aims to elevate the textural experience and flavor combinations for waffle enthusiasts.

HASHLE currently has two locations:

- HASHLE at Joinus Terrace, Tamagawa: Open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, located on the second floor at 2-50-14 Asahi Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
- HASHLE at Futakotamagawa Tokyu Food Show: Open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, situated on the basement level of the Futako-Tamagawa Rise Shopping Center, at 2-21-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo.
