New Fire Insurance Agency Services by Altius Link

Altius Link Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, is excited to announce that it will become a joint agency for fire insurance starting July 1, 2026, specifically catering to clients utilizing housing loans from AU Jibun Bank, also located in Tokyo. The dedicated fire insurance product, known as "Tough Sumai Insurance," will now be available through this collaboration, streamlining both contract procedures and customer inquiries.

Approximately 91% of customers have expressed satisfaction with their contracts (Note 1), reflecting the outstanding service provided. Additionally, by January 2025, AU Jibun Bank plans to extend the maximum borrowing period for housing loans to 50 years, demonstrating a proactive response to the evolving housing market.
