Sean M. Givler will step into the role of executive in charge of commercial and life insurance operations. Givler, who has dedicated 27 years to Cincinnati Financial, brings a wealth of experience. His previous roles include overseeing commercial lines and managing crucial relationships with independent agents. Under his leadership, Givler will focus on strategies for Commercial Lines, Management Liability, Sales & Marketing, and The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company, paving the way for new growth avenues.

Will Van Den Heuvel will assume leadership over personal and specialty insurance operations. His impressive trajectory since joining in 2014 has seen him triple the company's personal lines net written premiums, establishing Cincinnati Financial as a leading provider of private client insurance. Van Den Heuvel's experience is invaluable as he oversees Personal Lines, Excess & Surplus Lines, Cincinnati Re® and Cincinnati Global Underwriters Ltd.

Alongside these key appointments, Teresa C. Cracas, who currently serves as chief risk officer, will expand her executive responsibilities to include Corporate Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, and Policyholder Experience. Cracas aims to create operational efficiencies, working closely with Spray to enhance Cincinnati Financial’s innovative edge.
