NobleReach Foundation Unveils Its 2025 Scholars

The NobleReach Foundation has released its second class of NobleReach Scholars for 2025, following the success of the inaugural cohort last year. This year, 28 driven individuals have been selected from over 1,200 applicants, showcasing their commitment to making a significant impact in public service technology roles.

These Scholars—recent graduates and emerging professionals—bring expertise in key technological areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and business process innovation. The selected individuals will embark on one-year placements across numerous federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as collaborating with five mission-driven industry partners.

Key destinations for this year’s Scholars include organizations like the United States Department of Defense, the City of Oklahoma City, the City of Pittsburgh, and Miami-Dade Innovation Authority, among others. The diverse range of placements highlights the foundation's aim to infuse public service work with technological innovation.

General John Raymond, former Chief of Space Operations and mentor for the Scholars, emphasized the essential role these young technologists play in enhancing American innovation and security. He remarked, “We need the best and brightest to drive technological advancements that can serve and protect our national interests.”
