Inoue Chizuru Appointed CMO to Enhance Global Talent Platform at Linc

To spearhead this new venture, Linc has brought on board Chizuru Inoue, who has substantial experience in online business with leading tech giants such as Microsoft and Apple, as well as leadership roles in digital operations for L'Oréal Japan and as the CEO of Merlin Entertainments Japan (parent company of LEGOLAND). Inoue's mission is to oversee both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) marketing initiatives, focusing on user growth driven by the anticipated Super App. With Inoue’s expertise, Linc aims to elevate engagement within its foreign talent community and transform it into a highly vibrant network, thereby accelerating user experience innovations to establish the top platform for foreign professionals in Japan.

Chizuru Inoue's Profile



Inoue earned her MBA from Durham University Business School in the UK and began her career at NTT (now NTT West Japan). She then worked at Microsoft and Apple, where she focused on online business strategies. At L'Oréal Japan, she led the launch of e-commerce initiatives for luxury cosmetics and managed brand development. Later, she held the role of Executive Officer at Triumph International Japan and served as president of Maya System Corporation before joining Merlin Entertainments Japan as president in 2022, where she oversaw operations for attractions like the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Tokyo and Osaka and Madame Tussauds Tokyo. With extensive experience in community building, customer experience, and strategic partnerships across both B2C and B2B sectors, Inoue also contributes to education as chairperson of the Shimane IT Design College and is an international ultra-trail runner champion.
