Starting from September 1, 2025, and running every Monday, this seminar will only take 15 minutes of your time, perfectly fitting into your lunch break! Each session will delve into a specific Korean film or drama, offering insights into not only the language used but also the cultural context behind the scenes. Here’s the lineup:

• - September 8: Nine Puzzle
• - September 22: Veteran 2
• - September 29: People of the Meteorological Agency

Each session begins at 12:15 PM (JST) and ends promptly at 12:30 PM (JST). Participation is easy as it will be conducted online via Zoom, allowing attendees from anywhere to join with just a click!

Meet Your Guide

The seminars will be led by Atsuhiro Takazawa, a seasoned educator at the Nihon Kogakuin College. His extensive background in the entertainment industry, particularly as a former talent manager, will enrich your learning experience. Mr. Takazawa specializes in Korean cinema and drama and has an impressive catalog of 931 films that he has watched. He is passionate about exploring both mainstream hits and niche films, such as Parasite and Burning, making his expertise invaluable during the seminars.
